Help me loose this weight

Hello everyone

I am 24 years old black Caribbean British female at 5’6 and currently 130kg. My ultimate goal weight is anywhere between 65-75kg but for my first goal is to get to 100kg where I usually sit.

I have gained 30kg from study abroad in America, getting between 2-4 steroids injections for an operation, and know lockdown.

Now you know all my stats if need ask if you need more information and I’ll gladly answer.

I have a lot of sagging in on my arm which has fat I am currently trying to tone, excessive my fat roles, belly is hanging my not to badly and I have excess inner thigh fat and fat around my knee.

I have been weight lift not really heavy weights 4kg kettle bell 10kg barbell. I have resistant bands a long on and 2 short ones and one 10kg dumbbell and a yoga mat. I do feel a little difference in my arms and shoulders. But I feel like I have only widened my shoulder and gained a little bicep. My weight always fluctuate between 128-130kg and it has been for the last 3 months and it’s driving me crazy. I know muscle weight more than fat however I don’t see much of a difference when looking at pictures comparing the months and the scale is the same.

I don’t do much cardio only going to my local town maybe 4-6 times a month, I don’t really leave the house cause Covid and stuff. I am way to have to do cardio like running/ jogging my knees a really head when I do and my feet and ankle swells a lot when I do a lot of walking especially my ankle from a pass sprain ankle.

In the Uk lockdown is lifting June 21st or 23rd I can’t remember. I would like to be at least 115kg by then but my diet isn’t great. I am thinking of doing a cut but can a person who has never cut before do a cut, how long are you suppose to cut for? Is it possible to cut for 3 months without being completely miserable? I am begging some one to help me workout, I just finished university and i am a broke student with no money or job. I will start doing cardio once the gyms open back up but I still want to loose weight before then.

Is it possible to loose 15-30kg in 120days? I don’t my restriction type diets. Cause I don’t have a job and I’m only laying around at home. I know In order not to have sagging skin and more than I already have it’s a must to lift and you can loose weight we eating alone and no exercise. I need help I’m so confused without the gym. My house is only so I can’t do jumping exercises I’ve tried YouTube video with cardio but it doesn’t feel the same and I don’t think I can keep it up.

Currently what I am doing Is eating either 100-150g chicken breast and 2 boiled eggs or fried for breakfast sometime I eat porridge golden syrup. For lunch I have chicken salad, so 100-150g chicken breast, (if I don’t do this I won’t eat until dinner and eat hella shit like kfc, chicken and chips, kebab but then I won’t eat again for the whole day 😂😂😂) for dinner I would do the same thing and the. Depending on the day I would workout that body part. Monday shoulders, tricep, Tuesday back, biceps, Wednesday legs, and then repeat I rest on Sunday. The only cardio is if I go out with the parents and that’s it.

Please help me and give me advice I know it’s never good to give time frames, but I really want to be at my goal weight by my 25th birthday January 18th 2022. Which is 80kg.
