Weight Loss for Everyone: I'm thinking of picking up the pace back again...

I'm thinking of picking up the pace back again...

SW: 336 lbs CW: 355-60 lbs GW: 200lbs

M/6'-1"

When I originally had started back in early June of 2020 I believe I used to weigh 336 lbs. Over the time period of months I lowered my weight down to somewhere around 324 lbs (it took months because the cravings would get to me pretty fucking easily). That was back in mid November, but around that time I let my guard down and I started to eat unhealthy foods again commonly. After the whole December holidays and around mid January I was higher than I ever was before. 350 fucking lbs....

I felt horrible...

Now I'm probably somewhere around 360 lbs I assume because I don't want to actually break the fucking scale as hilarious or sad that might sound. Now, I'll try and take the control of my weight again, even though I have been pretty busy due to some college stuff. I just hope I have what it takes to at least be back where I fucking started back in early June.

Any tips or food advice I would appreciate it A LOT. Also any tips on any possible exercises that I could do would help too. I just really fucking hope I don't look back on this post bigger than I am now...
