I just started jogging before going to work, meaning i wake up at 5 am instead of 5.45 and while im happy that i even managed to do it that early, i just realized my fitness is terrible.
my avarage speed is only 5km/h and my top speed is arround 10.
i also only manage to jog for 2km and even only jogging 2km, i need several breaks (1-2 one-minute breaks and slowing down a couple of time).
Does anyone got experience with starting to jog out of a bad shape?
Does it get better, and is it normal to have soar muscles?
I jogged 2 days in a row and the first day felt great but today my body felt really heavy and every step took alot of efford
