Accountability Post - Going to be 175 lbs before our twins are born.

M26 SW:212 CW:205 GW: 175

During the start of Covid, I was my all-time heaviest weight of 218lbs. During the course of about 6 months I went down to 191 by eating semi-healthy and being a little more active, not really exercising. Fast forward through the holidays, and a few lazy months, and I was back at 212lbs two weeks ago. Today I sit at 205 and have a goal to be in the 170’s before our twins are born, hopefully in early July. My diet will consist of a “carnivore-ish” diet (experimented with carnivore last year and felt great). My workouts will be “CrossFit-ish” with some C25k sprinkled in on my off-days. Fitness goal is to complete Murph on Memorial Day. Hoping to keep a consistent 2-3lbs loss per week, especially at the beginning.
