20F 5’3 SW: 210.2lbs (03/02/21) CW: 198.4lbs (03/15/21) GW: 120lbs (03/02/22)
About 2 months ago I posted here about my binge eating problem and I was at 205lbs. Over the next couple weeks I gained another 5lbs. One day something in me snapped and I decided I didn’t want my weight to affect my confidence anymore. I stopped eating fast food and cooked myself. Drink lots of water and try to keep myself busy. I’m down to 198lbs. At one point I thought I might be losing the weight too fast but I’ve always had a high metabolism and lost weight quick eating healthy. By my 21st bday this June I’m hoping to be at around 150-160lbs.
