A Chang in Perspective

For the better part of a month I made it my goal to eat meals I made atleast once a week instead of getting take out. I already made breakfast and dinner so lunch was all I needed to change. But I was misserable. The entire time I kept thinking that the goal was for me to eventually eat take out once or week, so I kept looking at it like I was going about it like I was eating how I should one day a week. However I was thinking about it more and instead of thinking about it like I was doing good on day of the week I realized that I was eating well 15/21 meals a week. I went from 16.6 percent to 71.4 perecent of my goal. I think flipping my mindset was just the thing I needed to help me.

Sometimes I feel like I can acually get to my goal now.
