Happy Friday! Day light savings is over here making me lose all sense of time.
Weigh in daily, enter in Libra & report here even if I don’t like it: Didn't want to make eye contact with the scale this morning, 231.1 lbs trend weight.
Stay within calorie range (1800): Maintenance. 3/10 days.
Exercise 5 days a week: 40 minute stationary bike & walky walks. 13/18 days.
Self-care time (journaling, beauty treatments, anything that fills the bucket, nonfood rewards): Adulting. Set more appointments, handled more things. Getting it.
Try a new recipe once a week: Sautéed swiss chard, sautéed zucchini & summer squash, corned beef, roasted romanesco & sausage sammiches with grilled veggies. 5/4 weeks.
Express mindfulness and or gratitude: Today I'm grateful for ebooks through my local library. Gonna read so many fun books!
