Not sure how many of you have come across the MeThreeSixty app, but you can use it to scan your body and get measurements of chest/stomach/waist/hips/biceps/forearms/thighs and track your progress over time, which is pretty cool, but even cooler is the feature that allows you to visualize changes to your body as you lose weight. I think it’s good motivation to see how your body will change (see here for my example), it’s good motivation to see that stomach “melt” away!
