I've been trying to lose weight the past two months after gaining quite a bit from being on an antidepressant the past two years. So far I've lost around 7 pounds/ 3kg (yay) but I've been having trouble recently with just being hungry allll the time even though I'm eating fairly healthy I'm finding myself going over my calorie goals Any one have any tips for times like this? I'm also finding it much harder to eat healthy when I'm hungry all the time.
