I really need to lose weight before school starts in sepSeptember. I have gained so much during quarantine and in the past 2 years I have went from
160 in 2017 to 200 in 2018 220 In 2019 290 in 2020/2021. I was really super super skinny as a child untill I was about 12 then my metabolism really slowed down
what should I do? How important is exercise, and vitamins I should take? And any diet tips. What should my calorie deficit be I am thinking about doing 1300 calories a day. That’s would people I know have recommended I do.
