Two weeks into lifestyle change going well, any advice to move onto next step?

Hello everyone, So first time poster here! I'm 23 and i have been overweight all my life, i am 6'7 and 360lb and ever since i got into my teenage years i've been addicted to fast food, and for the last 3-4 years since i got my car, almost every meal was Dominos/Mcdonalds/Burger king (i genuinly ate atleast 5+ double whopper meals every week) and hardly ever cooked anything at home, and never once cooked vegetables in my life

I've always struggled for motivation and if i say i'm gonna go on a diet i fail after a day and jump into my car straight to the Burger King drive through, however for the past 2 weeks i have not had a single takeaway or fast food meal, everything has been cooked at home

Now i haven't been eating healthy at home (well compared to what i was eating it's much better) but i just wanted to get off the junk food and start cooking and now i feel ready to move on to actually trying to eat better and excercise (my lifestyle is very sedentary especially since finishing University)

Does anyone have any tips or goals to aim for? I appreciate any advice, thanks so much for reading.
