The Scholarship Diet

So, I am a 20 year old 5'1" female weighing 170. I have great academics and sub par fitness in Air Force ROTC. Im pretty broke and with Alaskan crab season not being a very high price this year I will not be able to go back to college in the fall without a scholarship or major major help. (I have 10k in debt, 20k in student loans, just paid off the final 2k for this semmester). If I become 136 pounds or less (38-26% body fat is the other metric) I have a very good shot of getting a full ride.... but I have only 7 weeks or less to lose 36-ish pounds. Thats like 5-6 pounds a week... 3-6 times what is recommended. Yay suffering? My mom recommended a 1200 calorie diet and no less and exercise, but I dont even know if its possible and the pressure is really high. Advice? (Besides give up and consequently don't die)

TLDR: mission impossible
