Question about gassiness and fatigue

Hello I'm a 201 lb man currently trying to lose weight. I've lost 15 lbs over the course of 2021. However recently I've been noticing that I've been more gassy - belching, farting, feeling bloated. I've heard this could possibly be due to gallbladder issues from fast weight loss. My weigh-ins have been dramatic the last three days (202.8=>202.2=>201.2) even though my progress has generally been slower, and I've made a few major dietary changes this week (namely less processed foods, more vegetables, more coffee). I've also been feeling more fatigued and hungry than usual, and somewhat sore due to the bloat, and I don't know if that's attributable to changing my diet or because I'm eating too little. My TDEE is ~2300 and I usually eat ~1900. I've never had gallbladder issues historically, and I know that because I get regular bloodwork as part of a recurring condition. Should I be concerned about gallbladder issues?
