im a 5'7'' 170 pound male. Ive been eating 5 eggs and protein shake for breakfast. I eat chicken breast for lunch and some celery. and that is about 735 calories and 100 grams of protein(I eat literally no snacks during the day). I lift weights for an hour and a half and then have a protein shake+creatine. (that's 120 calories). now for dinner I have some room to work with, I just eat whatever my mom makes for dinner, usually chicken and potatoes or pasta. something pretty healthy and decent. and it varies but id estimated that's around 600 calories. my day totals to be around 1600 calories. so I've been doing that for weeks and haven't seen any losses. I used to run 2 miles but stopped to focus on weights more.
