Lost 10kg in 6-8 weeks but also a lot of muscle mass

I was always a healthy weight but during uni and rona i gained 10kg, mostly from eatting double portion sizes, 4 meals a day and a large breakfeat. Once i got to 80kg and was overweight I thought i should stop over eatting. Since then i eat the same daily/weekly diet, around 1600-1900 kcal a day + 2000-2200 kcal one day a week. I cut my fat and sat fat to half the daily needed amount, I cut 75% of the suger in my diet, haven't cut carbs, eat way less than i used to, but now prob the daily rec amount, but also eat less protein, probably ~50G a day, used to prob eat ~100g or more. I walk and do heavy lifting in my job as well.

I have lost ~10kg in ~7 weeks ( don't remember when i started eatting healthy), went from 80kg and now 68kg, I dropped waist size to what i was, and weight what i did as a teen. Only prob is i have defo los muscle mass, around my body, it not bad but my naturally muscular legs have lost muscle as well as my arms, which weren't really anything special to begin with. I also have stomach fat/ a love handle, not as big as it was, but still there, otherwise most the fat aroud my body is near gone, it seems to have only stayed around my stomach region. while i weight less than what i used to when i was slim, My body shape is different now. should this muscle mass loss be of any concern ? how can i lose my love handle ? at what weight should i stop eating my current diet, really wasnt expecting such a drastic change in weight in such little time, seems keeping this diet long term wouldn't be a good idea. The lost in muscle around my leg isn't a worry since I'll start running when warm but around my arms isn't great as I really don't work them out.
