So my collage is opening for physical lessons in a little over a month and I want to lose my belly fat before I have to go there, I've been struggling with losing weight for a long time now mostly because I suffer from ankylosing spondylosis and I feel like I always end up in a lot of pain and can't continue the workout anymore, I am 1.83m (6 foot) and 88kg (194 pounds).
I have started using a home workout app (this one specifically) and don't feel like I am going anywhere.
I also really struggle with diets, I do eat my greens but I just can't seem to cut off my snack cravings.
Any help or tips will be highly appreciated thank you.
