38/m , 6’3 277 lbs. Supposed to be eating 2300 cals a day to lose a pound a week but I go over that almost everyday. I really have trouble on the weekends especially. I ate a whole Red Baron frozen pizza today and that fucked up my calorie counts. I can’t seem to work in my favorite foods into my diet without overdoing it. I ate like six hostess cinnamon rolls in two days.
I get the hungriest at night but that’s also when Im the most bored, as well. I try to drink more water but I don’t seem to get thirsty a lot . I’m on the verge of giving up this calorie counting thing because I suck at it so much
