How to lose those last 2/3% of bodyfat when you already have a high muscle percentage?

Hiya! F (22) 5’7 (171 cm), 130 pounds /59 kilos here. I lost a lot of weight 2 years back, about 25 pounds. Now during lockdown, I have managed to lose another 18 pounds or so. I am very happy with my weight right now, I just want to lose 1 more kg before Summer. The thing is, my scale which measures bodyfat and muscle and so on, says I already have a high body muscle percentage (37.6%). This can be true since I work out everyday, doing long runs of 6 miles (10km), and the other day strength training. However, I want to decrease my bodyfat by a little bit, I am now around 23/24%, and my goal is 21/22%. Does anyone have any tips on what type of workout I should focus on? Or just eat a little bit less? I already eat very healthy, but I have the occassional treat once in a while (chocolate is my love)
