Okay, maybe i should Post that in "nostupidquestions" because I feel like i am missing knowledge everyone else has in this subreddit: Like I cook for myself, mostly big portions i can eat over two days maybe even three. When I say now as example one my guilty pleasures: 2 cans of tuna, 250ml of low fat sourcream and 2 onions with those low calories noodles the app immediately goes nuts. But I don't eat the whole pan at once. The ingredients aren't serperated either so per dish i can't say like 20g onions, 50g tuna, 100g of those noodles and ???g of sourcream (help!) etc. I feel immediately discouraged and punished for cooking my own meals.
I probably overlook something totally easy and my brain is overthinking it. Or it's just smooth and dumb but I finally took all the courage to ask here...
