Hi there So I started trying to lose weight 3 weeks ago with Noom. I was 150 lbs. and started by losing the first few pounds quickly, but then got stuck. I'm stuck on 143 lbs for the past 5 days. I made significant changes to my diet, eating 1200 calories or less every day (I'm 5'1). Before then I was having a lot of carbs, sweets and cakes, but now it's oatmeal for breakfast and soups and salads all day. It's a huge difference in calory consumption. I also started running twice a week. So at the moment I'm feeling like I'm doing the best I can. But... No progress. I know (logically) that there are different types of progress. I know this could be water weight and being on the same weight for less than two weeks isn't being 'stuck'. I know all the facts but I'm still feeling like this isn't working. I have this voice in my mind telling me it's probably hormonal weight (I have PCOS) and I'll never be able to actually lose it. I'm feeling deprived counting calories all the time, and without measurable progress it's hard for me to justify it to myself. So... I guess I'm looking for people who had similar experiences. Or just any tips you have. Ways to stay on the wagon, or ideas for what I could be doing wrong. Thanks 🙏
