Do you ever feel obsessed with your weight?

SW: 157 CW: 133 GW: 125

I got down to 114 pounds in July of 2020. I looked and felt my best since high school. And then it was like the year 2020 finally hit me and I became overwhelmed and gave up and put back on weight, about 25 pounds. It happened slowly, but happened so quickly at the same time. I feel so disappointed in myself that I let myself go. I feel like I’m always thinking about my weight and I need to stop obsessing, but I don’t know how to stop obsessing over my weight and what I eat.

I don’t want to get back down to 114. It wasn’t manageable in the long run, but I think 125 would be great for me and I felt great at that weight.

Any suggestions on how to stop thinking about weight nonstop?
