Anyone ever try high carb low fat low protein?

Sometimes I watch some vegans on YouTube and they promote high carb, low low fat and low protein. (Also veganism of course)

One in particular promotes eating as many carbs as you want and has been skinny lean for years and still preaches it... also shows some people he trains and coaches who are incredibly thin as well.

One recommendation was 10 grams carb for every pound of body weight, which would (for me) be about three times my daily caloric need...

He claims at first you’ll gain weight but then soon lean out. Says he lives by it. Has been six pack lean for many years with video proof.

Anyone ever try it or thoughts?
