Anaerobic exercise kicked my butt, and I’m looking forward to more of it

Edit: anaerobic = aerobic

Stats: 24F, SW:271, GW:160, CW: 227.2, UGW: 150

Today was my first day with a personal trainer so that I could get evaluated for strength training. And you know what? It kicked my ass. It kicked my ass so hard that I had to sit myself down after doing 3 dips because I was going to faint. I could feel that sick feeling in my stomach, the one I feel when getting bloodwork done because I can’t stand the sight of needles in my body.

I’m so unused to aerobic activity that I think my body thought I was dying. I was sweating everywhere, I felt faint, I was panting, I had to do modified versions of everything... and I’m looking forward to doing it again.

If this is what it takes for physical strength, the least I can do is flex my gratitude muscles.
