Tuesday. I live in Colorado & I'm so deeply saddened by the shooting incident. My warmest, kindest thoughts go out to all y'all.
Weigh in daily, enter in Libra & report here even if I don’t like it: Ungh, not fabulous today, I don't even want to look at my Libra but it's logged, 231.1 lbs trend weight.
Stay within calorie range: Maintenance. I'ma be real kids, this is survival mode. I'm counting my calories & not super jazzed about them, but I am still here & striving with y'all.
Exercise 5 days a week: Life is enough of an exercise today kids. 17/23 days.
Self-care time (journaling, beauty treatments, anything that fills the bucket, nonfood rewards): Bath. Face mask. Trying to keep it up right & going.
Try a new recipe once a week: Roasting some fennel right now, home made granola, sautéed swiss chard, sautéed zucchini & summer squash, corned beef, roasted romanesco & sausage sammiches with grilled veggies. 7/4 weeks.
Express mindfulness and or gratitude: Today I'm grateful for being home. Sometimes the day is disproportionally long & all you want from the world is more comfortable pants.
