Running late tonight, post & run!
Weigh in daily, enter in Libra & report here even if I don’t like it: Didn't want to make eye contact with the scale this morning, 231.1 lbs trend weight.
Stay within calorie range (1800): Maintenance. 3/10 days.
Exercise 5 days a week: 45 minutes stationary bike plus some light weight lifting. 12/16 days.
Self-care time (journaling, beauty treatments, anything that fills the bucket, nonfood rewards): Therapy & some adulting.
Try a new recipe once a week: Sautéed swiss chard, corned beef, roasted romanesco & sausage sammiches with grilled veggies. 4/4 weeks.
Express mindfulness and or gratitude: Today I'm grateful for access to mental health services, bacon, good produce & all you wonderful folks on this corner of the internet.
