I don’t have a gym or anything like that. But that’s fine. I’m trying to reduce my overall body fat to slim down my arms and stomach. Because the gyms are closed and my family doesn’t really want me going out, I’m stuck with working out at home. I don’t mind it. I’ve been doing Alexis Ren and Chloe Ting’s ab videos for the past two weeks. Although I read that I won’t be able to see my progress into my belly fat goes down.
Any recommendation for other home workout routines or youtube videos I can follow to help reduce my overall body fat and get into better shape? Diet advice would be nice also. Whether it’s dancing, or hit training, or ab workouts . . I would just like some good channels that I can go on when it’s time to do my daily workout.
