I used to only use the scale at my gym to weigh myself so I never had the need for one at my house. Until the whole virus thing closed my gym and left me with no way to weigh myself as I’m trying to diet. The last time I was able to weigh myself was two weeks ago. The last time I did, I had just binge eaten a bunch of cookies that I’d been given and had seen my weight measurements go up 5 pounds in 5 days (was 165.5 on 3/20, then 170 on 3/25) I assume that wasn’t just water weight since the change lasted at least 5 days long (probably more). Since then I started to eat at a deficit of only 500 calories since being at a 1000 calorie deficit is what led me to want to binge eat again. I’ve done really well with choosing the right foods to eat and staying within my calories for the day.
Today my new scale from amazon came in the mail and I was extremely excited to see the results. I realize the scale is probably reading a little heavy right now since I just ate dinner an hour ago. I plan on weighing myself in the mornings. But it read 163.4 when I stepped on it. My goal is 155 but I’ve been thinking of taking a break once I reach 160 any maybe just letting myself naturally work down to 155 instead of heavily dieting down to it. I can’t believe how close I am to my goal. Less than 10lb from my ultimate goal and less than 5lb from my secondary goal. Thanks for all the help from everyone on here. I really appreciate it!
