Checking calories in the supermarket in the time of Covid-19?

I've just re-started my weightloss journey (after almost 3 years - eek), and am back on the trusty CICO plan that worked really well for me before.

My issue is this: with coronavirus I'm really conscious of handling products in the supermarket. Back in 2017, I would take a couple of minutes to figure out which brand of granola or yoghurt or whatever had the least calories. Obviously this activity would be a big no-no now. However, I find some calorie discrepancies (even with things as basic as bran cereal or olive oil) are MASSIVE.

I'd really like to continue eating all the foods I like, but just picking the lowest-cal version of them. Does anyone have any particular tips to get around this? Or is there like some data-base or app or blog or something somewhere that like ranks the calorie content of common (in this case, Australian) brands? Probably wishful thinking, but would be so great if there was a tool where it's like "so you wanna eat a frozen pizza, PICK THIS ONE!" you know?
