After recently turning 26 with a new born I’ve decided to try and make some some permanent changes. Here is a rough history of my weight because seeing it written down makes it more real.

2010-11 maintained ~185lbs mostly muscle was in the gym 6 times a week before moving to London at 17 and becoming an functioning alcoholic with a food addiction (eating fast food 3 times a day and drinking 6 cans of coke a day)

Rapidly got up to my heaviest weight 294lbs ~2012-2013

2014-17 fluctuated between 210lbs & 280lbs

2018/19 maintained 266lbs

243 lbs towards the end of 2019 but then got really ill (pleurisy & appendicitis) took 6 weeks to diagnose due to so much wrong with me & a week I’m hospital. This combined with buying my first house with my (then) pregnant partner led to me eating lots again.

Currently 261lbs 30/04/2020

Desired weight by 30th birthday (04/24) 182 lbs Need to loose 79lbs 19.75lbs/year 1.65lbs/month
