If you guys go too low of carbs does it start effecting your sleep?
I don't do keto, because although it's great in some ways, I find it unhealthy in other ways. But I do like keeping my carb intake on the lower side (100-150g) because I still get that appetite suppression effect. My calories are fine and no crazy deficit, only a 500-800 calorie deficit. I'm supplementing with magnesium and melatonin, but nothing is working. Should I up my carbs? It sucks because when I keep lower carbs (not zero though) dieting becomes super easy as far as appetite and steady blood sugar levels.
Any advice/ideas? Should I just up my carbs to like 200g's, although I'm not positive its this because of lowered carbs...
