Hello! I just wanted to get anyone’s opinion on which method works better. I’m 23F who is 5’5” and 150lbs trying to lose 15lbs. I have been around this same weight since high school. I have done both WW and CICO with success until I get bored and don’t keep up with it. In 2015 I lost 10lbs on WW then gained it all back throughout the years. I gave birth in August of 2019 (gained 10lbs during pregnancy) and I am still exclusively breastfeeding an 8 month old. I have been “calorie counting” for about 6 months and have managed to lose 10lbs but struggling to get lower. I’ll admit I’ve fallen off the wagon again and have not been counting very well. I’m a nurse so I have a fairly active job and try to walk everyday I don’t work. My addictions are soda and fast food which I try to cut from my diet but always end up giving up. My husband is super supportive but he’s always been skinny and trying to gain weight. He does help me switch to healthier options and cooks dinner for me most nights. So I’m just asking for any input anyone might have to help me out. Thanks!
