Taste buds changing?

I’ve been whole food mostly plant based with occasional meat for a few months now. I find every time I “cheat” or want to indulge in my cravings it’s never as good or satisfying as I remember?

Soda has lost it’s wow Ice cream just doesn’t hit it like it used too Brownies are alright I’ll eat them if it’s there. The only thing I have a craving for is chocolate and that’s just ok. It’s loosing it’s value.

Now when I want something sweet I have nondairy yogurt with some granola or a cutie.

I mean I guess it’s not a bad thing that the cravings are going away and I’ve shifted away from sweets that I used to like. I just kind of miss them tasting good, or finding them enjoyable.

Has this happened to anyone else?
