advice for maintenance anxiety?

i’m getting closer to the time to transition from loss to maintenance. by closer, i might seem very far to some of you (i think i’m about 10 weeks out, judging by patterns of loss for me) & i am already feeling nervous about shifting to maintenance. i am a big visualizer. it might sound crazy to you, but i started meditating on what i wanted life to look like while losing weight for probably 2-3 months before starting.

i tried to approach this entire journey from the start as sustainable. & i plan on very few changes in my diet when i get there (like, switching a salad dressing or a few more potatoes at dinner. my TDEE won’t be very high i don’t think.) but i still find myself nervous about maintaining. (i’ll be measuring for a few weeks, but i would like to be able to put away my food scale at the end of the summer. as it is right now, 2 days a week i don’t measure at all and make sure i’m learning appropriate portion sizes without precise measurements so i don’t have to be a crazy scale lady who will never go out to eat.)

any success stories from those who’ve lose weight and kept it off for quelling this anxiety i’m feeling?
