Started my weight loss journey a little over a year ago. I've mostly just adhered to CICO and sparse LISS cardio. Also pretty regular weight lifting during this. Bro splits for the first 5-6 months and a PPL split the last 5-6. Everything went well for the first 4-5 months. Steadily dropped from 300 to previous lowest of 237 in September. Felt pretty similar to how I feel now. Ballooned back up to 265-270 during the fall/winter. Bracketed back down on the diet and I have been doing 8/16 IF for the past 4 months. I've got my lowest weight in about 10 years and I'm now within roughly 10 lbs of my initial goal weight but I'm still very displeased with how I look. I still feel I look very fat (flabby stomach, man boobs, prominent love handles, overall pretty soft and pudgy) just a slightly scaled down version of it. I'm not sure how many more lbs I need to lose to get a relatively slim figure. 30? 40?
