I’ve been dieting for two month and have barely lost any weight. I’m looking for some advice.

I’m a 20 year old, 250 lb male. I’ve been dieting and exercising for about 2 months and I’ve barely lost weight (maybe 5 lbs). I eat around 2,000-2,500 calories of a balanced diet daily. I lift 6 days a week with 3 upper body days and 3 lower body days. Before I lift, I run 1 mile and interval train another mile everyday. I’d attribute my inability to lose weight to lifting and gaining muscle, but my measurements (wrist, waist, hips, neck) haven’t changed. I’m overweight, but am able to work out hard and push myself to my limits every time I exercise. I just can’t figure out where I’m going wrong in terms of losing weight. I figure if I get to where I’m running several miles everyday, I can just not lose weight though.
