I hope your Thursday is popping!
Weight by end of month (200 lbs, preferably trend weight): 207.2 this morning, 207.6 trend weight.
Stay within calorie range (1500 ish): 1438 ish calories planned for today. Yesterday was another maintenance day. Thanks uterus & sub par will power, we'll try again today. 1/1 average calories weekly average. 2/4 maintenance days.
Exercise 5 days a week: 90 minute walk in the sunshine, 20 minute arm workout & maybe some HIIT or low impact cardio tonight. 8/9 days.
Self-care time (journaling, working on love journals, beauty treatments, drawing, fancy coffee out no more than 2 times a week 3/10, no fast food): Therapy last night. Today, I have done only things I wanted to do. That freedom has been lovely. Even when the cat sneezed on my face & I chose to get up for the day.
Try a new recipe once a week: Cheesy broccoli & rice casserole so far. 1/4 weeks.
50 pages of The Body Keeps the Score: Sitting down with this right meow. 0/50 pages.
Drawing prompt every day: Sketching post arm workout is a fun time kids. 5/9 days.
Be more mindful & express gratitude, avoid the hedonic treadmill: I'm feeling much more present & checked in today. Some recharge time will do that to a lady.
