Hi, first of all I want to say thank you for taking the time to even read this first sentence, I really need some advice and tips. I (female) currently weigh 150lbs and I am 5'1 and I really would like to get down to 120lbs in the next few months or so. I am 16 years old and have always been on the chubbier side. Now that I am quarantined ( for those of you that don't know there is a severe virus with no cure going around called the Coronavirus) and the gyms are not open but I do have a lot of time on my hands. Without changing my diet, which I consider healthy compared to a typical teenage diet, I would really like to lose some weight. I am not allowed to leave my house so I was wondering if anyone had any video suggestions that actually work and burn belly fat. I know I may sound like a dramatic teen that just wants to look like every other pretty girl but I truly want to do this for myself and I need advice. Also, I really need some motivation because losing weight is hard. Please share any tips and/or advice and thank you so much!
