VENT: I’m down to 160lbs, but with the coronavirus I have moved back in with my family who eat unhealthy & don’t exercise. I had been doing great counting calories and walking/jogging every day, but since coming home I keep giving in to temptation.
The cabinets are full of all the junk food, and I haven’t even been measuring portion sizes. Every day I feel like I need to start counting calories and exercising again, but then I continue to eat unhealthy and stay in.
It doesn’t help that I can’t even run in my neighborhood because of safety concerns. We have a treadmill, but I get bored too quickly running inside.
