Good morning everyone! Hope your day has gotten off to a good start.
I weigh in everyday as I like to see the fluctuations. However sometimes that can be quite a frustrating choice. I was just wondering what a typical week of daily weighs looks like for everyone?
Here’s mine Last week: Monday 200.5 lb Tuesday 200.0 Wednesday 200.5 Thursday 200.0 Friday 199.5 Saturday 198.5 Sunday 200.0
And this week so far Monday 198.5 Tuesday 200.0 Wednesday 200.0 Thursday 199.5
Because I’ve really not shuffled that much this week apart from a gain at the start it feels like I’m not making a huge amount of progress. I know it’s silly to focus so much on each day but I build up a weekly weigh in far too much.
