Today's gratitude list: Today, I'm grateful for my family of choice. I’m lucky to feel so loved & accepted.
Random self-care action I want to conquer today: Be kind to myself. My brain is a scumbag & my self talk has been dreadful today. I’ll keep aiming for better.
