There are so many type of carbs like some bread are whole wheat, white bread, whole grain stuff like that. It’s like which carbs do we even consume and how much do we eat? And sometimes even fruits are high in natural sugar such as bananas. They say people with type 2 diabetics should avoid carbs intake and bananas. Then what do you eat to stay healthy and lose weight at same time.
I always that our body needs carbs for energy but excessive carbs will lead to obesity
