Tips to supplement frozen dinners?

I’ve been eating frozen dinners for every meal, but they’re not enough to hit my calorie goal. I eat 4 meals - one every 4 hours - and am left with 500 calories at the end of the day. Any tips on how to add those calories in (~100 per meal)? I’ve considered eating a small snack between my meals, but I’m concerned that eating every two hours is too often. Is 100 calories small enough to be fine between meals?

Thanks!
