I'm currently 6ft 180lbs 13-14% bf and I seem to have stopped losing weight for a couple weeks now. Strength still goes up, I am still looking leaner, but my muscle size is still the same. Im starting to feel/look really skinny, but it may be that my fat has water from what I've read.
I dropped calories by another 250 to see if that does anything, and nothing so far. I do notice I feels tiny little balls when I squeeze some fat now. I look tiny with a shirt on because I'm not big/full now am I vascular yet.
Should I just hold out and let my body do it's thing, or should I drop calories more? So far I have been eating 2,700~3,000 calories a day(carb cycling) and no cardio. I started losing weight just from going back to the gym which is what inspired me to start cutting.
