Weight fluctuations and 'over weighing' myself.

Hi guys!

I hope you're all well, and the weight loss endeavours are also going well! I was wondering if others on here are struggling with the same thing as I am at the moment. I've managed to lose close to stone so far which I'm immensely proud of.

I finally managed to grab the motivation/will power to truly start losing weight again, but I'm starting to fall into a really bad habit that I think is going to cause more issues along the line if I carry on, but I have no idea how to go about dealing with it.

I weigh myself in the morning. Every Day. Without fail.

As you can imagine, this either ruins or starts my day well. I then spiral a bit mentally, and so far it's resulted in me going hard on working to lose weight if the scales are the same or if they've, for some reason, gone up.

Which I suppose is not too bad, but I'm terrified one day I'll do it and just binge out of frustration if I see something I don't like.

I'm definitely eating at a calorie deficit, I'm working out 3+times a week now, compared to an incredibly sedentary lifestyle before. I track my food and I'm starting to feel that insane frustration. I feel self aware, in the sense that I know weight can fluctuate etc, but I panic thinking if I stick to my 'weigh once a week' timeframe, how will I catch myself if I'm having a bad week if I don't check throughout the week by weighing myself and correcting it?

Are these fluctuations normal? How can I see my weight go up a pound or two and expect to be two pounds down by the end of the week? That's like, a four pound difference.

I feel like I should be losing more etc.

Any advice before I fall deeper into this? :(
