(5’11” 26yo Male 210lb) How do others do it? I have a 10 month old kid, 2 jobs, so many other mundane adult priorities to take care of. Where do I fit meal prep and working out into all of that? Over the past 10 months due to covid and a newborn I’ve put on 20 pounds and I want to lose 30 but I don’t see how to fit that in my schedule. I wake up at 5 am with my kid. I watch her until 5:30pm while my wife is at work. I work from home so I get most my work done during naps and after my wife gets home from work. By the time it’s done it’s 7:30-8pm and I’m exhausted. Then my second job takes up some of my weekends. How can I reasonably stay healthy and work toward my goals?? I feel like something’s gotta give..
