Lost 6 lbs... of muscle? Help

I’ve been weight training and eating at a calorie deficit and tracking macros since December. I got a DEXA scan at the beginning of February to establish a baseline as a means for tracking progress and was shocked with the results (37.4% body fat seems high!?) but used it as fuel to keep training and eating healthy. Since that scan I’ve continued to train hard and all my lifts have gotten heavier (squats, deadlifts, bench press... all significantly heavier) and my clothes have gotten looser. I lost 7 lbs since then and was really excited to get a follow up scan to track my progress. I got the scan this morning (wore the same clothes and followed the same morning ritual in regards to hydration etc). According to the results I lost 1 lb of fat and the rest lost was lean mass - and my BF% went up to 38.2%?! I’m very confused as to how this would happen. I know DEXA is supposed to be the gold standard for measuring body composition, but either it’s crazy inaccurate or I’m doing something terribly wrong? TIA
