Letting myself go during quarantine

when this all started, I was really not used to stay at home; having a job and being a university student, I was so busy there were even times I forgot to eat properly. It's been 1 year since it all started (things are still hard here in Brazil) and during all these months I got frustrated with my inconstancies, so I discounted it on food ( as it is a easy dopamine kick) and ended up gaining 30lbs in a year. I see the damage I did to myself, and the symptoms are showing (lack of energy, body pains, headaches, blood sugar levels are higher). I'm tired of being in this endless cycle & ready to make a change! I've already set up a home gym and a diet & exercising plan. With faith in myself and consistency, I hope to get in shape in 5/6 months or so :) . I know that during this scenery, many people are in the same situation, so I'm really hopeful that we can motivate each other.
