So I’m 18, 5’7, and 260 pounds! I was this weight before when I was younger and became prediabetic, and lost weight. But I gained it all back. It’s time to restart. I have a few questions.
- Does cardio or weight lifting, or both, burn more fat?
- If I do cardio, will it maintain my boobs, and prevent them from getting smaller?
- I always say I’m going to start with how I eat, than I eat unhealthy and never workout, so I how do I put myself in the mindset of losing weight?
My goal weight is around 160-170. I want to try to maintain my boobs, but I can just have a bunch of bra padding too. I don’t want to fail at this diet again, so how do I start and keep in the mindset?
