19M. 170cm and 77kg weight. Im a lazy workout guy, basically i worked out great precovid and now its been a year since no gym workout, ik its bad im sorry. Pre-covid i was at 70kg, much better shape, motivated. Luckily i didnt gain as much as my friends but now its weighing up on me, no pun intended. Ik intermittent isnt the recommended style but it has helped me stop gaining more than what i currently weigh. Indian dude and vegetarian, i eat nonveg but not regularly, i was wondering if i could just reduce the quantity of intake, w more proteins for a fat loss program or is a strict diet is necessary? Also what should be my target weight? In the 60kgs range?
