Ok so first, I started working out in January of 2020, I was at about 84 kg when I started and now I am at 68. I have always been a pretty fat dude my whole life so I might as well change that.
So obviously I've lost a bunch of weight but I want to keep going and I want to know how I can build my body and also what kind of exercises I should do.
Right now My workout routine is this:
- 40 mins on my indoor bike
- 10 Minutes Of Weight Lifting (I use dumbbells' but I'm gonna get heavier ones)
- 10 Mins doing sit ups, squats, all that stuff (NOTE: I do just ONE type of exercise for 10 mins straight, so like I could just be doing squats for 10 mins straight but I take a 1 min break every 3 minutes or so)
If yall can tell me some good exercises I can do during the 3rd part of my workout routine, that would be great :). I especially want to work on my core and arms by the way.
